Meet Dr. Patrick Yeung Jr.
Endometriosis as a disease requires a surgeon who is completely focused on removing it, and patients with endometriosis deserve a surgeon fully committed to serving them.
Meet Dr. Patrick Yeung Jr., who believes good ethics is good medicine, and has a true passion for restorative surgery and cooperative medicine. He opened his own practice, RESTORE Center for Endometriosis, in order to offer patients an alternative to the status quo treatments offered for pain and fertility, and to focus on a root cause treatment for endometriosis.
Dr. Yeung has dedicated his career to helping women with endometriosis, for over 15 years and over 4,000 surgeries. He hopes to pay forward the benefit that he and his wife have received by offering patients the best of optimal excision of endometriosis with the best of adhesion prevention, which her now have almost no pain, and them to have recurring fertility.
Dr. Yeung specializes in the optimal laser excision (LAPEX) of endometriosis as a source of infertility and pelvic pain. Dr. Yeung completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FMIGS) at the University of Louisville and a mini-Fellowship in laser excision (LAPEX) at the Center for Endometriosis Care (CEC) in Atlanta. Dr. Yeung has always desired to combine the best of minimally invasive optimal laser excision surgery (LAPEX) for endometriosis with the best strategies for adhesion prevention.
Dr. Yeung is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Women’s Health, Division of Gynecologic Surgical Subspecialties at Saint Louis University School. He is interested in research on improving fertility and quality of life following surgery.
Dr. Yeung has a true heart for women facing endometriosis-related infertility and pain, reassuring patients that “we are all in this together.” He and his wife Dorothy personally experienced the challenges of infertility and endometriosis for over 4 years before finally welcoming 5 children into their family.
Together, they have a homesteading farm where they raise grass-fed beef, and their own eggs, milk and honey, and have horses for the girls to ride.
