Katie is our Patient Navigator. She has been caring for others for most of her life as a mother of 5 as well as for other family members. In addition, she has years of experience serving patients in a variety of settings. She will guide you through the process of becoming a patient at RESTORE and is happy to listen to your concerns from start to finish. She strives to exceed your expectations to make you feel heard with honesty respect, compassion and understanding.
Peggy
Scheduler
This is Peggy, our surgery scheduler. Once you decide you’d like to move forward with surgery, she’s your girl! She handles all surgery communications between you, Dr. Yeung, and the surgery facilities. With 41 years of experience as a nurse she is a wealth of knowledge, but she still loves learning new things. Her genuine love for her patients and her soothing voice mean that you might actually like getting calls from your doctor’s office for once.
Adrienne
Business Manager
Adrienne, our business manager, keeps our office afloat. She primarily works behind the scenes to keep us all above board and running smoothly but you might get to chat on the phone with her as she often helps with billing and office administrative questions. Between her bubbly personality and her can-do attitude, she’s a joy to work with for patients and coworkers alike.
Ann
Clinic Nurse
Ann is our clinic nurse. She’ll be the one to take care of you when you come into the office. You’ll also talk to her if you call with any medical related questions. You might see her corralling Dr. Yeung around the office or filling out your FMLA forms when you need them. She loves patient-facing care and has a passion for being an advocate for her patients.
Tracy
Sonographer
Tracy is one of our world-class sonographers. We have all our patients do an ultrasound in our office with our state-of-the-art ultrasound machine. Hand-picked by Dr. Yeung for her consistently high-quality ultrasound images, Tracy helps us make sure that your surgery is perfectly planned. She’s excited to help restore our patients’ health.
Paula
Sonographer
Paula is our second ultrasound whiz. Like Tracy, Paula provides consistently amazing ultrasound images, and patients love her! She is kind, gentle, and great at putting people at ease during a vulnerable visit. She loves being a part of every patient’s journey and making a difference for them and for Restore.
